Pinhub started with a familiar frustration: feedback on visual work arrives everywhere except on the work. A client emails "the button near the top looks off", a teammate drops a screenshot into chat with three arrows drawn on it, and someone else annotates a PDF. By the time a designer or developer acts on any of it, the context is gone and half the comments are duplicates.
So we built the smallest thing that fixes it. Upload a screenshot, click the exact spot, and leave a comment there. Every pin is a thread, every thread is either open or resolved, and one share link lets clients and colleagues review without creating an account. Revisions carry open pins forward when a new version lands, collections bundle related screenshots into one review link, forms and polls collect the answers that don't fit on a screenshot, and an optional AI summary turns a screenshot's open comments into a short action checklist.
Pinhub is operated by Engineers Space LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We are a small team: the people who answer support email are the people who build the product, and everything on our pricing page is available today.
We charge per workspace, not per seat, because inviting a reviewer should never be a budget decision. Guests review for free on every plan, the Free plan stays free, and paid plans exist for people who review and ship constantly. Your screenshots stay yours: we host them to run the service, we never sell personal information, and you can delete a screenshot, a workspace, or your whole account whenever you like.
